About Floris
Floris is the oldest English perfumer still in operation, founded in 1730 by Juan Famenias Floris, a Menorcan-born immigrant who opened a small perfumery shop on Jermyn Street in central London. Still independently owned and run by the founder's descendants, Floris holds royal warrants and has been making British perfumery in the same Jermyn Street boutique for nearly 300 years.

The story behind Cefiro
Cefiro takes its name from "zephyr" — the gentle west wind of Mediterranean mythology — and the composition was conceived around the imagined freshness of a Mediterranean breeze. The composition has remained in continuous production at Floris since 2001 and is one of the brand's most popular unisex compositions.
