How to use
- Shampoo with Aveda Botanical Repair Strengthening Shampoo (or your usual cleanser)

- Apply a generous amount of masque to mid-lengths and ends, working through with the fingers
- Leave on for 5–10 minutes (longer for very damaged hair) — cover with a cap for deeper penetration
- Rinse thoroughly; use once or twice a week for best results
