RefectoCil Oxidant Cream 3% is a 10 volume cream developer designed to be mixed with RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow tints. Its cream consistency makes for easy, controlled mixing and even development.

A professional lash and brow tinting system. The oxidant activates the tint to develop the colour; the tint is sold separately.

How to use
Mix 15–20 drops of oxidant with approximately 2cm of RefectoCil tint to form a smooth cream. Apply to the lashes or brows and leave for 5–10 minutes, then remove. Always carry out an allergy alert test before use and follow the full instructions.
