- Spray onto pulse points — wrists, behind the ears, base of the throat — after moisturising
- Hold the bottle 15–20 cm from the skin and apply 2–3 short presses

- Mist a final spray onto clothing for a longer trail (test on the fabric first)
- Re-apply lightly through the day or before evenings out
