How to use
Mix 10 drops of oxidant with approximately 2cm of RefectoCil tint into a creamy paste. Apply to lashes or brows, leave for 5–10 minutes, then gently wipe away with a damp cotton pad from the inner to the outer corner. Use only with RefectoCil tints.
