Rochas Madame Rochas Eau de Toilette 100ml is a classical floral aldehyde for women, originally launched in 1960 and recognised as one of the great mid-twentieth-century French feminines. Created by master perfumer Guy Robert and commissioned by Hélène Rochas, the composition opens on a sparkling aldehydes-and-citrus accord, develops a complex floral heart of jasmine, rose, tuberose, ylang-ylang, iris and lily-of-the-valley, and dries down on a refined base of sandalwood, vetiver, musk, oakmoss and tonka.
About Rochas
Rochas is a French house founded in Paris in 1925 by couturier Marcel Rochas. Madame Rochas was created in 1960 as a tribute to the elegance of Hélène Rochas, the founder's wife, and quickly became the brand's second iconic feminine after Femme (1944). The line has remained a benchmark of refined, classical French perfumery — sensual, polished and unmistakably grown-up.

Who it's for
Madame Rochas suits women who appreciate classical French perfumery — soft, soapy aldehydes, a complex floral heart and the slightly powdery elegance of a 1960s couture-house feminine. Best in autumn and winter for evenings, dinners and dressed-up occasions, although the fresh aldehyde-citrus opening keeps it wearable in cooler spring days too. A natural pick for fans of vintage-style florals and other classic French perfumes.
How to use
- Spray onto pulse points — wrists, the base of the neck and behind the ears — from around 15 cm away.
- For longer projection, mist a single spray over the hair or onto a scarf.
- Avoid rubbing the wrists; the layered floral heart develops more elegantly when left undisturbed.
