Welloxon Perfect Pastel is a low-strength (1.9% / 6 volume) cream developer formulated for a 1+2 mixing ratio, giving sheerer, more controlled results ideal for pastel toning over pre-lightened hair. It works alongside Wella permanent colour to deposit delicate tone with minimal lift.

How to use
For professional use. In a non-metallic bowl, mix 1 part colour with 2 parts Welloxon Perfect Pastel until smooth. Apply immediately to pre-lightened, towel-dried hair with a tint brush. Develop for around 5–15 minutes, monitoring every 5 minutes, then emulsify with a little warm water and rinse until the water runs clear. Colourant sold separately.
